Brilliant idea about HEAD. Renaming and then creating a new HEAD tag
seems the way to go.
As for "Drupal 4.5 and older," How about "Drupal 4.5 or older?" With the
"or," we can potentially tag all existing pages that exist prior to
4.6 that have not been updated.
