I am all for a ranking of themes. All things considered mentioned previously in the thread, and updated as things change, for example, it might not be apparent that a theme as cross-browser issues at first, as the first few people who download it may be using IE, and then some more may use FireFox. Even if it seems to appear correct in those two, it might still be wrong in Konqueror, Opera or Safari.
