Hey Goba,

I hope to be able to get all of the admin/help text updated into the 
handbook by the weekend. Those will then be present in the handbook; it 
of course may take longer to get the patch applied.

I don't intend on doing extensive revision of most of them, but will do 
minor revising for consistency and of course proofreading. However, note 
that the location of the content workflow setttings in the 
administration menu has moved since 4.6.3. This will necessitate 
changing any links that reference those pages.
