Okay. That doesn't work because it will be very difficult to parse. 
Admin->settings->content types now uses a hyphen in the query:

?q=admin/settings/content-types

Similarly, I remember that the control panel module uses a hyphen for 
it's module name (control-panel). Looks like underscores are necessary 
so that hyphens can be ignored in parsing:

<strong class="drupal_link_admin_settings_content-types_blog">

Now I have to go back and redo the one's I've already done (sigh).
