<strong> seems the most semantically correct. We want to draw attention to these
menu items and make them markedly different from the surrounding text. Not sure
what alternative there would be that would have this same effect.

I'm sorry for the hassle, Charlie.. I forgot about content-types :( And thanks
for catching the cron.php-type files. I remember running into that when I did
the help text conversion script. The "." in the class name might cause problems
but if so there are only maybe 5 of those in the whole batch of core modules so
I can go through and change them by hand.

How far along are you? Want me to start at the end and work my way back, or..?
