[documentation] snippets book

My two cents: Configuration and customization are both giant topics in
drupal -- each of which deserves its own top level section. I think
people will rarely find info on customization useful if they are looking
for configuration, (and vice versa). If you're trying to figure out how
to configure cron jobs, a php snippet isn't of much use for you.
Moreover, the configuration section is for new users, so we should do
all we can to make it straight forward, to the point, and easy to
navigate.
I think dedicating a top level section to code snippets is one of the
best ideas I've heard on this list in some time. I like "Drupal Hacks"
too. It might not be the most correct term for the section -- however,
its a term that 99.9% of people will understand. Its also broad enough
that it allows the section to expand beyond what is proposed if needed.
Best,
Nick Lewis
