Farshee,
I agree about your PHP snippets argument that it "is simple". But let us
please not linger too long on the name.
About the place: I still beleive this should be a single top level Book, or
book page.
So either a standalone book, or else a page in Configuration and customization
(and please, people stay focused, starting a discussion about whether that
should be split shuold be done outside of this issue). Possibly with links
from the current places to this book.

Theme snippets were started by Boris, block snippets by puregrin, and the page
snippets by Dub. But what cuonts most is the amount of ppl contributing. So
let us not leave this decision to one person.
We *developers and documenters* should spend more time in there. When we have
this all reorganised I will post to the frontpage and the development list
that this needs love.
Also, I proposed that extra term tree, that is not for nothing: I think that
is badly needed so we can track commits in our RSS reader.
Then now: how to proceed? Should we wait a bit more? should I go ahaed and
Just do It?
