[drupal-docs] Linux User and Developer Magazine Article

I am not technical enough in Drupal to take the lead for content gathering, but I am fairly good at combining a bunch of ideas into an article. If the content is sent to me, I will combine it into an article and work on the wording.

I do sometimes make mistakes such as tenses and/or singular/plural mistakes, because English is not my native language, so we would also need an editor.

Besides the two things mentioned above, I will take the lead in case no-one else is interested.

Regards,

Kobus

If someone decides to take the lead on this, I'd be glad to help out.
