I've created the first draft of a Drupal Marketing Terminology Survey
[1] using PHPSurveyor.  I ended up changing a few things from my
initial plans. I'm hoping for feedback on



* clarification of instructions and explanations
* additional terms and features to include 
* suggestions for additional participant data questions

Note that the survey is not currently activated. Your responses will
not be saved.
