[drupal-docs] Drupal for Digital Publishing suggestions

Plugging in other best in class web services -- e.g. upcoming.org,  
Flickr, del.icio.us, etc. Not only CMS, collab space, etc., but also  
great platform for extending or embedding web applications.

ad hoc group formation is a big one -- i.e. give users the power to  
self-organize.
