Added a child page for User aggregator


Still looking to see if a feed can be private to a user.

There are 23 comments on the aggregator page.  This is a discrete task
that needs to be taken on.


We need to review the 23 comments, update the admin help for aggregator
and then improve the child pages.


Could someone please step forward and take on this task?

Created several pages.  Removed a lot of chatter that belongs in the
forums.  Removed a long thread on the wish to have personal aggregators
that hasn't moved forward.
