it drops into moderation yes.  generally someone will re-approve it
within a day.  You can also send a message to the docs list if you edit
a page and someone will pop over to approve it.

Ok, I see the former page has been removed, but the new one doesn't
appear on the outline.


set as Critical because people might be looking for a phpbb2 to drupal
solution but won't be able to find it and decide not to use drupal
because of that (i know that this has happened already).
