Exactly, although it's more about placement of the primary text than the 
exclusive idea that the documentation is only available one way or the 
other. One of the things that the handbook doesn't do very well at this 
time is cross link. There are so many pages that are mentioned in one 
area of the handbook that should be linked to from another. Right now, 
the handbook seems largely to be built off the principle "where is the 
most likely place users will look for something?" instead of "where are 
most of the likely places users will look for something?"

When it comes to "how could I do X" with a particular module, my 
thinking is that so much of what we write about modules is about how to 
do something. I see the Drupal modules and features section as the 
primary reference for modules, so in this case I would put the text 
there to expand the reference material. Then link to it from 
Customization and theming. I also suspect it might be easier to maintain 
there. One main place for those looking to update information on a 
module to review. But that's just one way of doing it.
