http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/notify - 2 links that should just
write out admin/blah instead of link to it

Can someone fix the two links on
http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/notify
or if I can rights, I can do it.

It seems that many of the handbook pages have this link included.

e.g.:
http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/massmailer
http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/node_privacy_byrole
http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/node_import

That could be a convenience feature:

1. copy link to clipboard
2. paste to location bar
3. edit the URL to point to your site

Yeah, I understand the motivation behind using drupal.org/admin/blah.

But the handbook should be geared towards newbies, or those trying to
learn Drupal. And when they click on a link taking them to an "Access
Denied" page, that reflects poorly on the Drupal community. We should
replace all those with a written out URL, like
http://www.example.com/admin/blah.

I think it is worth it to go through the handbook and fix all those.
I'm willing to do it myself if I get rights.

Please look at the guidelines for doing documentation:
http://drupal.org/node/24566

The module help pages need to be formatted in a very particular way.
Yes, the link to "admin" is a bug...the previous link lists the correct
format.

RobRoy: join the documentation list, introduce yourself, and ask for
site maintainer permission (or better yet, just go ahead and edit the
pages...they go into moderation, then we can approve the updates).

Rob there are hundreds and hundreds of hours that went into the creation
of those handbook/modules/modulename pages. We tried to make them dual
use for both documentation and for the internal help inside modules.

Apparently hundreds and hundreds of hours of work is not enough to get
us there. A few access denied messages is a small prices to pay for
helping thousands of people evaluate drupal applications and use them
effectively. What we need is more folks to step forward to pay
programmers, systems administrators, and documentors to finish the job.
Feel free to help out in developing the code to export these pages in
into admin/help module patches.
