Hi,

I'd like to help out editing handbook pages.  I know there are some 
outstanding issues on how to do the "export" from modules help to the 
handbook, so it might be a waste to manually edit pages if they are 
going to get overwritten in an export for 4.7.  But I'm will to go 
through and help out in any way I can.
