reorganizing the patch documentation; the entire process may take a few
days in total. Pages that haven't been rewritten / moved are still
available; don't worry. 


Please leave the patch docs alone for a couple of days, until the
entire section is finished. In the mean time, if you notice errors,
reply to this issue.
