[documentation] List of changed files

I am not sure I understand. What's the difference, really, as long as the
list is accurate?

My concern is there is always a bunch of problems that crop up with each of
these security releases, and I am still on 4.7.0. So, the provided patches
don't work. I don't know how to use the patch tools, I am sure I could, but
my program list takes up my whole screen... and it's extra wide. It is
recommended with each of these security updates to upgrade to the version
before it... that would mean 3 mini upgrades for me. To skip all that, I
only have two options, overwrite everything with the new install, or see
which files have been changed, and upload only those.

It may not be sensible, from the programmer's standpoint, but I don't feel
very secure in simply overwriting everything. I don't have any control over
it?, is close. Plus, I can't find any disadvantages in just uploading
select files.

Anisa.
sleepy.
ooo, washing machine is shaking... not good...
