[documentation] API doc editor request

How does one get perms to edit the API docs at api.drupal.org? There are 
some pages I wanted to fix, but I can only remember one ATM namely:

http://api.drupal.org/api/4.7/function/hook_nodeapi - Not listing 'rss 
item' under $op

Let me know what the preferred way to go about this is and if it's an 
issue I'll do it.
