[documentation] The handbook organization

The About Drupal section.... The Marketing Team was supposed to be
working on this which is why other then a very basic pass at it it
hasn't been touched. There was talk about strategy, vision, consultant
guides, etc... But virtually no work other then Kieren adding some
stuff. At this point I only personally care about the history/mission
stuff, the versioning scheme and modules used on Drupal.org. The rest
have just sort of been hanging out.
As I said, if our Marketing Team has wandered off then I would probably
invest some time in it after we deal with 4.8. Of course if I invest
the time in it, then it would go something like the last time.... Brief
outline, 7-10 days for comment... Schedule free weekend with wife...
Re-org.
While I can do marketing type stuff it is not my primary focus or
interest in life. I am at a further dis-advantage in that I do not
market or sell Drupal services. That may change at some point but I
only have so much time in the day.
But 4.8 is my priority and Marketing really needs quite a bit of
writing.
