Good point. I'll do that.

My goal is to turn that handbook from a collection of odds and ends of info into a real front-to-back instruction guide. Obviously that's going to take time and I'm busy with other things so it will get done in bits and pieces. But I welcome any and all suggestions for improvements.

BTW, is there any way to give it a user-friendly url like the Views handbook has?
