[documentation] OT: Spam via this list?

Yes, we get spam. We have spam filters maintained by OSUOSL but we
still get spam. On all the lists. When we find an id that has added us
to a public list we ask them to stop and they usually do.

Spam is an unfortunate reality in modern email life.
