Another area that needs attention- for both 4.7 and HEAD, the use of the
$form['#submit'] element to add additional _submit functions to the form
via hook_form_alter is not documented anywhere as far as I can tell.

needs to be updated for 5.x


The specific thing I noticed is that it refers to form_render, which is
now drupal_render. There are other issues too, like the changes to
drupal_get_form. I'm not entirely sure what else has changed, but it
could probably use a good proofread by someone that does.
