I think there are two general tasks.  First is updating the  
individual pages and reviewing their content to make sure it is still  
relevant and has an appropriate title.

The second task is reviewing the existing outline and auditing what  
content we have and what's redundant or what is clearly missing.    
This audit of About Drupal should help us to focus on what areas to  
improve.
