[documentation] Cleaning up the about section of the Drupal handbook

I like to think of case studies in terms of problems and solutions  
(perhaps just a more fleshed out list than the one Kieran gave):

1) What are the goals of the site (re: fulfilling business goals/ 
obligations)
2) Why was Drupal chosen?
3) How was Drupal configured + which modules were installed in order  
to meet the goals listed in #1 (i.e., site recipe with explanation/ 
annotation)

The purpose of case studies is to give a thorough yet basic  
explanation of how Drupal is used by companies/organizations of  
various types. This serves both to illustrate the power of Drupal and  
also to exemplify its application.
