I wuold still love to see a team of about 5 people managing this.
Nothing official, nothing with "membership cards etc". Just a unch of
people on -infrastructure, who feel like keeping an eye on this


What about changing the mail addy to infrastructure at drupal.org?

I'm guessing that e-mail address doesn't get a lot of love nowadays. ;)
