Hi, how do I track Drupal documentation?

From, http://drupal.org/handbook, I can track the following:

Who is contributing to documentation: http://drupal.org/node/14205
Recent updates to the handbooks: http://drupal.org/handbook/updates

I would like to be able to track the following:
How do I track comments to the handbooks? I am interested in reducing  
the numbers of old comments and extracting the wisdom of this  
community.  I am looking for pages with new comments, old comments,  
and lots of comments.
Who are the people who can approve posts and update pages(Site  
Maintainers)?  I am one of them, but who are the others.
Is there a URL that has a list of all the documentation issues? I  
know how to search for it manually.
