[documentation] Documentation session in Vancouver

No one asked me to turn them on...  and blkmtn.org is a domain (Chad turned down my offer of events.blkmtn.org?
I did wonder why it wasn't on there to begin with.

Actually, please don't promote that site anymore...everything will be 
centralized at http://www.oscms-summit.org (right, Chad?). Thanks 
sepeck for letting Chad use that, but we really needed clean URLs, a 
domain, etc. etc.
