Not at all. This is what I'm interested in. Nodes are the abstraction
that Drupal uses for managing content. As you have already pointed out,
this about the "presentation"--what users see. Users see webpages from
their perspective. They may sometimes understand that they are looking
at is a book page (if they are aware of Drupal content types). They will
likely rarely think of them as nodes.
But let's try it from the document perspective then. What users see when
they visit an individual handbook page (node) is an individual document.
How do we, the document writers, code the headings which appear within
an individual document? Would you suggest that we use <p><strong> tags?
