[documentation] How to get more people involved with documentation

I just got back from vacation, and have finished going through all the 
notes on this list.  I want to pick up from where I left off, but I'm 
not sure there was any consensus or action plan, other than some people 
getting some privileges. 

The thing I most want to work on is the styling and layout, because that 
influences everything else.  I know there's been mention of a new style 
for 4.8, but I don't know if there's actually a group working on it.  Or 
perhaps I should just put together some samples that tweak the current 
style, and see what people think.
