identify one issue:
Once you've installed Drupal and you're creating your admin account,
Drupal tells you it's going to MAIL you your password.
And of course that's not true; Drupal will SHOW you the password on
your next screen.
But you have no way to know that. So you're in a needless dilemma
before you even get started.
This ought to be fixed. Drupal should tell you what's really going to
happen.

installed and the admin account created. Then watch them get to their
specific goals.
There are a number of quite simple topics I am puzzled by, and watching
someone go through what, likely to you, are obvious steps would be
really helpful. And a few different design cases to try to catch what
people may or may not need along the way.
