[documentation] editor role, moderation

Following on from this discussion: http://drupal.org/node/67367
I'd be interested in signing on for the Drupal.org editor role.

However, I'm wondering if there has been any resolution to the issue
of how to allow editors to move handbook pages out of (or into)
moderation?  I'd really like some feedback on the module I made
specifically to try to help with this:

For those who haven't looked, it's almost entirely an adaptation of
the code that generates the usual administer content page
(admin/node).   Form display and validation functions from node.module
are used in order to minimize the code in this module.

I haven't seen any problems when I've tested it, but I'd like
additional review and then help in advocating for this (or some other
solution) to actually be deployed on Drupal.org.
