This description is functional, but in a survey of drupal
administrators we found that they used categories to create
categories, manage content through categorization, and navigate by
content. Several people described categorization as essential for
organizations to represent their organizations structure and their
business processes online.
I think we would be better off describing how it's used rather than
introducing technical jargon like vocabularies and terms.
