[documentation] clean urls page

I went into the handbook to find an easier explanation of clean URLs for a
forum post, and found only scary scary stuff.

For me, clean URLs was easy, a couple of clicks, and voila, but this makes
it sound like heart surgery.

No where in there, for example, is an example of what clean URLs looks like.
A thought.
