[documentation] clean urls page

There is also some fataly incorrect infomration on that page.  Google
doesn't care if you have clean url's.  Doing nothing my site without
clean url's had a 6/10 rating and was indexed by Google and MSN
regularly.

	I went into the handbook to find an easier explanation of clean
URLs for a forum post, and found only scary scary stuff.

	For me, clean URLs was easy, a couple of clicks, and voila, but
this makes it sound like heart surgery.
	
	No where in there, for example, is an example of what clean URLs
looks like.  A thought.
