[documentation] clean urls page

As always, you amaze me!
One thing, though, for lucky people like me, reading through steps 1 and 2
are only going to confuse us into doing dramatic things unnecessarily. (I
can so imagine an query like what's an apache and where can I find him?).
Is there any problem with putting a check to see if you can do clean URLs
without any special configuration first?
