I'd like to see the following features added to every modules
administration help.


1. Image.  I recommend using the CivicSpace administration theme as it
is focused, has a single navigation menu block and is a neutral grey.  
It is very difficult for users to imagine a administration interface and
a picture could go a long way to helping them understand.


2. A link to enable a module and administer access control for a
module.


3. A link to each modules issue submission page to better report errors
and make feature requests.


4. A convention for clicking on a link, clicking on a tab, selecting a
checkbox.
administer >> help would mean click on administer then click on help.
