[documentation] Should I use a Wiki or Drupal?

Hi, I posted the status of Drupal documentation and noted the high  
ranking of wiki's as a search term on Drupal.org.

I'd like to write a page in the handbook comparing the value of  
Wiki's and Drupal and to make recommendations.
