[documentation] Moderation queue page and moderated page message

It looks like we are going to promote some more Book editors for the  
Drupal handbooks.

Who would be willing to have their Drupal.org user contact page  
linked at the top of this page for helping to manage the moderation  
queue?  http://drupal.org/moderation-queue

Also, perhaps we can update the moderation message for Drupal  
handbook pages to notify the page author to contact the moderators?    
Do we need a special group on http://groups.drupal.org of people who  
are dedicated to keeping the moderation queue well maintained?
