Now can I "scope creep" just a wee little bit? ;)

A separate conversation we had as a result of this thread was allowing handbook 
editors to post more tags (particularly <img>, the <table> related tags, etc.)

Is it possible to setup another filter that's a "happy medium" between filtered 
HTML (makes sense not to have the <img> tag here since anonymous users get this 
filter) and "Full HTML" (which bypasses the XSS check and therefore makes sense 
not to be allowed for anyone but site admins) which the "documentation 
maintainers" can access?

Specific tags which would be very handy for handbook editors:

<img> <hr> <strike> <table> <caption> <thead> <tbody> <tfoot> <colgroup> <col> 
<tr> <th> <td> .. + everything in "filtered HTML"
