[documentation] multi site documentation?

Yeah, database configuration is installation...  it should all be in
installation.

So, update multisite docs involves writing new pages, reorganizing old pages
and changing the other stuff.

And yes, settings.php does have some information, but not a lot, and it
isn't fully explained, as well it shouldn't, it's a config file not a doc.
