[documentation] Navigability on Drupal documentation

Sorry, but I am a voraz user of internet, not a designer.
My feelings on navegability are those, I have many dificulties to
navigate in Drupal documentation and I do not understand why there is a
left block like that.
But I will try to found a designer to help us in this.

Others suggestions to maintainers:
1) when visiting documentantion pages, there is not necessary to show
login block.
2) I have repared some documentation pages show "new forums topics" as
well, like this: http://drupal.org/node/30699 . To show this forum is
not necessary.
3) In principal menu links are there: "Support", "Handbooks", "Forums"
and so on. I think is the best to replace the word "Handbooks" to
"Documentation". Someone new to Drupal would like to know what link is
relative to documentation, not to try to discover what link is related to.
