How this works is all new pages (70745) are placed in moderation queue by 
default (I published that, btw). If you're a site admin, and edit a page, that 
edit gets published immediately. If you're not a site admin, and edit a page, 
then it gets put back into moderation queue. I think I remember that you have 
site admin privileges, therefore when you edited the existing page, those 
changes would show up immediately.

In the future (this applies only to site admins), if you'd like to place a 
change of yours in the moderation queue specifically, expand the "Publishing 
options" fieldset and check the "in moderation queue" box. The reverse goes for 
posting your new pages directly without them sitting in the moderation queue first.
