[documentation] baby page: how to add a prefix

modulized!  There is a script for changing database prefixes, so there have
got to be multiple ways to do this.

Meaning describing them on the multisites page would be a waste.

One way is the find and replace method using ye old text editor.
I don't know how to use the .sh file?  Anyone else?  Are there any other
ways?

I think this should be in the installation section.

Also, I would like to add a list of table names to the handbook...  I know I
would've found it useful at one point or another!
