[documentation] Forums need to be better explained

Anyone want to try to answer these questions?

What is the link between posts/forums/containers and categories ?
Do you need to create categories names that match your Forum Titles ?  
Is Drupal suppose to do this automatically ...etc..
What if someone selects a container-category for his  
post ? ...etc...etc...
