I decided to reconstruct it there since people might be trying to use 
the current version on drupal.org.

NOTE: some of the links don't work because they are relative to 
drupal.org. There are also a few places where I enclosed text in 
question marks that I want to turn into links once the pages are created 
on drupal.org.

NOTE 2: Please don't make editing and proofreading suggestions on this 
list. Just make changes :)
