[documentation] style guide for menu tabs and page sections?

Hi, all!

According to the style guide, you link to paths by the click link.  (
http://drupal.org/about/authoring)

I was wondering what you do for menu tabs?  path > to > item > item (tab) or
path > to > item >> this is a tab?

Additionally, since you can move menu items around anywhere, this is useful,
but possibly not useful.  I know I've moved some commonly used admin
functions out.  I'd like a reference that is absolute.  I was thinking
perhaps (admin/theme), which would work for clean urls and not clean urls.

Your opinions please.
