[documentation] multi site tutorial intro nearly done

The rest of the pages need a lot of work.  The earlier pages have the
content but need more...  tutorialness, and the last section has no real
content at all.

However, the structure is clearly there.  Is it a good structure?  If you
have pages you would like to add, please post them to the list for review.
I'm sorry, I don't want to maintain the site quite yet.  :)
