[documentation] Error in Forms API reference summary ?

The CVS file shown here :

seems inacurate....
* Property/attribute "#size" is marked as not applicable to the types
"file" and "password" !
* Attribute "#maxlenght" is also marked like not applicable with the
control "password" !
However, the first paragraph says that checking has been performed on
