[documentation] new drupal community addition

I can but it's more an infrastructure list issue.  I've forwarded it to check on our vetting.  Should be a day or two and it will get added.  Make sure the communities are tied in and communicating, etc.  Killes and Dries generally are the ones aware of who/what on this stuff more then I am.
