[documentation] let's write more documentation!

Hmmm...?  I'm sorry, I misinterpreted what you said.  I thought you meant
user docs as something separate from the handbook reorganization.

But that's a lot of stuff...  What are you focused on?  What's your top
priority?  If you can't accomplish everything, what will you settle for?
